She Flows: Guided Movement Experience for Women

She Flows is a guided dance and intuitive movement experience designed to help women reconnect with themselves and their flow.

She Flows is a guided movement experience designed to help you reconnect with your body through rhythm, breath, and expression.

The class weaves together flowing, yoga-inspired sequences with moments of free movement and dance. Throughout the experience, you’ll be guided into a section of flow, then given space to explore that movement on your own—moving with the music in whatever way feels natural.

This is not a traditional yoga class and not a choreographed dance class. There are no mirrors, no counting, and nothing to “perfect.”

What to expect:
– Continuous, grounding movement
– Loud, immersive music
– Guided flow + time to move freely
– A supportive, judgment-free space

Who this is for:
– Women who want to move intuitively and have fun!
– Anyone craving embodiment, release, or creative expression
– All bodies and experience levels welcome

Come as you are. Move as you are.

Facilitator bio:

Margi Connor is an astrological counselor and facilitator whose work centers women’s embodiment, intuition, and inner awareness. Most know her through her astrology offerings and women’s circles, where movement, emotion, and self-expression naturally weave their way into the space.

With a background in ballet, modern and lyrical dance, international and Latin styles, and a lifelong relationship to yoga-inspired movement, Margi has always experienced the body as a place of listening and truth.

She Flows emerged from years of holding women’s circles and witnessing the unspoken desire to move, release, and express beyond words. This offering brings together guided flow, music, and intuitive dance in a way that invites women back into their bodies—gently, freely, and without performance.
