Regulate Your Nervous System: An Intro to Biofield Tuning

Stress doesn’t just live in your thoughts — it settles into your body and quietly shapes how you feel, react, and move through your day. Over time, this can show up as tension, emotional reactivity, fatigue, or a sense that something feels “off.” In this experience, you’ll begin to understand how your nervous system holds these patterns and how they can start to shift.

You’ll receive a guided group Biofield Tuning session using tuning forks to support nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Gentle sound helps the body settle and reorganize, often leading to a release of stored tension, clearer thinking, and a greater sense of steadiness. This isn’t about analyzing your stress — it’s about helping your system recalibrate.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and more connected to your body, with a clearer understanding of what’s been driving your stress patterns. No prior experience with Biofield Tuning or energy work is needed — just come as you are.
