Evolve Academy Is offering a rare opportunity for conscious professionals who want a reliable, beautiful space without the cost or commitment of a full lease. If you see clients in person, teach small groups, host private sessions, or simply need a quiet environment to work outside of your home once a week, this model was created with you in mind.
Each renter receives full access to the sanctuary from 9 AM to 5 PM on their dedicated weekday. The entire space is yours during that time. Use it as your studio, your office, your classroom, or your creative environment. You have the freedom to set up the space exactly as you need and return it to neutral at the end of your day.

Availability
+ Tuesday is available now for immediate move in
+ Wednesday opens at the start of 2026 for those planning ahead
Investment
+ $475 per month when you secure your spot before December
+ Applications submitted in December or later begin a $550 per month
This model is intentionally limited to two weekday renters to keep the environment spacious, supportive, and aligned. An application is required to ensure that your work is a good fit for the space and that the space is truly able to serve you.
