You’ll be guided into a fully supported savasana (lying down comfortably) where therapeutic hypnosis and somatic relaxation techniques gently lead you into profound rest. This is not stage hypnosis. You remain aware and in control the entire time — simply deeply relaxed. No experience required to receive the benefits.

Melanie Topp is a hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, massage therapist & holistic health educator. She considers it her #1 job to stay upright, healthy and live with joy. It is her life’s work to provide others with tools to move toward wellness and ease.
