The Evolve Facilitator Training is a full weekend immersion designed to give you a repeatable system you’ll use for years—not just one event. We’ll be following these powerful steps for authentic entrepreneurial leadership.

You’ll identify your core values, natural leadership style, learning preferences, and unique strengths so you learn to teach from your own authority.
Step 2: Know Your Audience
You’ll identify your ideal client and learn how to speak to what they’re actually longing for—so they feel seen, understood, and ready to say yes to their own evolution.
Step 3: Create a Workshop Outline Designed for Transformation (Not Just Content)
You’ll learn how to structure workshops that move people from where they are to where they want to be—intentionally, ethically, and powerfully, and you’ll come out of the weekend with a workshop outlines that is ready for you to implement!
Step 4: Lead With Presence and Confidence
You’ll learn how to command a room, handle challenges, stay grounded, and hold a loving, strong, trauma-informed container—even when things don’t go exactly as planned.
Step 5: Market With Courage, Integrity, and Authenticity
You’ll build a full marketing plan for before, during, and after your workshop, including aligned promotion, ethical sales, and clear next steps for continued work.

Saturday (9:30am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break)
Discover your unique values, gifts, and teaching style—the foundation of confident facilitation.
Know your audience and learn how to speak directly to them.
Design and create a full workshop outline so you can leave the training ready to implement a truly transformational experience.
Learn the do’s and don’ts of facilitation, presence, logistics, holding a trauma-informed and consent-aware container, and navigating real-world workshop chaos.
Sunday (9:30am - 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break)
Deep dive into aligned marketing that converts—before, during, and after your event. Courage over hiding.
Practice, presentations, feedback, celebration, and clear next steps so you leave with momentum and a solid action plan you are inspired by.

With a Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology and deep training in trauma-informed practice, somatic work, and conscious business, Olivia has guided thousands of people through personal and professional transformation.
