Sundo Tao Vibration is a mindful movement class that comes from an ancient Korean practice called Sundo. This class integrates movement, breathwork, energy circulation, and somatic release. Rooted in Taoist healing arts, Sundo utilizes movement, postures, and breath to cultivate "Ki" or "Chi" life force energy. Whether you're looking to release tension from your body and mind or if you're feeling called to connect to your life force energy, this class can offer healing and connection in so many ways.

With over a decade of experience in the Taoist tradition of mind-body healing and spiritual cultivation, Mané Andreasyan leads movement and meditation classes rooted in Sundo, the ancient wisdom and practice of energy cultivation, breathwork, and meditative movement. Drawing from years of personal practice and study, Mané offers a grounded, compassionate, and intuitive space for individuals to reconnect with their inner vitality, balance the body’s energy flow, and deepen their spiritual awareness through the principles of Taoist living.
