Kundalini Yoga + Meditation

Kundalini is the Yoga of Transformation as each class will clear away what no longer serves you.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of transformation because it awakens your inner energy and unlocks your highest potential. Combining movement, breath, mantra, and meditation, it strengthens the body, clears the mind, and dissolves limiting patterns. This practice goes beyond flexibility—it ignites vitality, deepens awareness, and creates lasting change from the inside out. Whether you seek renewal, balance, or growth, Kundalini Yoga is a powerful catalyst for transformation in every area of life.

What to expect in a typical Kundalini Yoga class?

Each class is a dynamic blend of movement, breath, sound, and stillness designed to awaken your energy and deepen your awareness. Classes are most typically done in 3 parts: a kriya, a meditation, and a relaxation.

Each session begins with a brief centering practice, tuning in with a mantra to connect mind, body, and spirit. From there, you’ll move into a kriya—a specific sequence of postures, breathing techniques, and sometimes chanting—carefully designed to target a particular aspect of your physical, mental, or energetic health. The kriya may challenge you, energize you, or surprise you—but always with the intention of creating balance and expansion.

After the active portion, you’ll transition into meditation, which might involve silent focus, mantra repetition, or breathwork. This meditative state clears the mind, opens the heart, and deepens your connection to self.

From meditation, you’ll ease into deep relaxation, allowing your body to fully integrate the effects of the practice while releasing any remaining tension or stress.

Whether you’re brand new or have practiced for years, each Kundalini Yoga class meets you exactly where you are—offering tools to uplift your spirit, strengthen your body, and awaken your inner wisdom. Every session is an opportunity to peel back another layer and come home to yourself.
