This is not about talking. It’s not about fixing or analyzing. It’s about breathing—deeply, intentionally—and letting your body do what it was built to do: move energy, release stress, and restore balance.
Men’s Breathwork Group for Healing is a guided experience created for men who are ready to feel more grounded, focused, and alive. Whether you’re carrying stress, anger, grief, or just the daily weight of responsibility, this session is a chance to reset. Using a powerful breath pattern rooted in pranayama yoga, you’ll be led through an active meditation that clears the mind and unlocks stuck energy in the body.
Facilitated by Jack Burg—a trained breathwork practitioner, musician, writer, father, husband, and student of David Elliott—this work comes from lived experience.
