Kundalini Yoga and Meditation: Sexual Energy as Creative & Spiritual Power

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation: Sexual Energy as Creative & Spiritual Power

Transmutation, Magnetism & Purpose

Sexual energy is not just for sex. It is the raw fuel of creativity, intuition, and spiritual vitality.

In this final class of the 4 week series, we explore how Kundalini Yoga works with sexual energy as a force that can be refined, retained, and directed with intention. Through kriyas and meditations that link the pelvis, navel, third eye, and crown, you’ll learn how to channel desire into vision, magnetism, and purpose—without bypassing the body.

This class emphasizes discernment: when to circulate, when to rest, and when not to discharge energy. It’s ideal for creatives, leaders, and seekers who feel highly charged but want that charge to serve their life, not fragment it.

You’ll leave with a felt understanding of sexual energy as sacred intelligence—steady, available, and consciously aligned.
