Aphrodisia: A Sensual Movement Experience
Aphrodisia is an invitation back into your body—into sensation, expression, and the quiet power of being fully present within yourself. In a world that often pulls us into performance, productivity, and disconnection, this space is designed to soften those edges and guide you home to your natural rhythm.
Blending elements of guided movement, intuitive dance, and gentle somatic awareness, this experience is not about choreography or getting it “right.” It’s about feeling. You’ll be led through a sequence of grounding, opening, and expressive movement designed to awaken the body, release held tension, and reconnect you to your sensual, creative energy.
There will be moments of structure to support you, and moments of freedom to explore your own unique expression—allowing the body to lead rather than the mind. Whether you are new to movement or deeply connected to your body, this space meets you exactly where you are.
Aphrodisia is rooted in the understanding that movement can be medicine—that when we allow ourselves to feel, to move, and to be seen in a safe and intentional space, something begins to shift. This is a space to reconnect with your feminine energy, your intuition, and the parts of yourself that may have been quieted or pushed aside.
Come as you are. No experience is needed. Just a willingness to soften, to feel, and to move.
Facilitator bio:
Margi Connor is an astrological counselor, movement facilitator, and the creator of Feminine Astrology—a body of work that blends archetypal psychology, mythology, and embodied practice to support women in reconnecting with themselves.
With a background in dance and over two decades of yoga practice, Margi approaches movement as a pathway back to the body—one that invites presence, expression, and deeper self-trust. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing happens not through force, but through softening into what is true.
Through her circles, workshops, and private sessions, she creates spaces that are both grounding and expansive—where women can step out of performance and into authentic connection with themselves.
Come as you are. No experience is needed. Just a willingness to soften, to feel, and to move.
