Evolve Internship Marketing and Events Assistant
Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning is a creative learning space and community hub where people come to grow, gather, and bring meaningful ideas to life. We host classes, workshops, and community events centered on conscious business, creativity, and personal evolution.
We are seeking one intern who is curious, organized, tech friendly, and excited about marketing and events. If you enjoy being around creative people and want hands on experience in a space that is lively, intentional, and community driven, this internship is designed for you.
What You’ll Get
- Training in real world marketing, event planning, and creative media.
- Experience using Eventbrite, Mailchimp, Canva, AI tools, and simple video editing apps.
- Access to select Evolve workshops and gatherings at no cost.
- Direct mentorship from two Charleston based entrepreneurs, Olivia Pool and Mishiah Crute.
- A supportive environment to ask questions, develop skills, and explore your creative voice.

What You’ll Do
Marketing Support
- Assist with Instagram content creation and scheduling.
- Write short captions, organize visuals, and support campaign planning.
- Capture simple clips or photos for Reels and Stories and learn basic editing skills.
- Help prepare newsletters and maintain consistency across digital platforms.
Event Support
- Help gather details from facilitators and prepare event listings.
- Post and update events on Eventbrite, the website, and newsletters.
- Maintain the Evolve calendar for clarity and accuracy.
- Support event setup, check in, and behind the scenes logistics as needed.
Light Operations
- Join meetings and take brief notes.
- Help keep files and systems organized.
- Assist with small errands, space preparation, or light tidying before events.
Who You Are
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable communicating with others.
- Organized with an eye for detail and follow through.
- Interested in marketing, creative media, community events, or entrepreneurship.
- Comfortable learning new tools and apps.
- Excited to contribute to a community space that values creativity and conscious business.
