The first half of the session focuses on guided, floor-based, **strap-assisted stretching** to safely open tight hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and lower back — areas where men commonly hold tension. The second half is deep relaxation with gong and singing bowls. The **sound frequencies** help shift the nervous system out of stress mode and into recovery mode, allowing the body to release tension and reset.
