Each session concludes with a guided meditation, allowing you to integrate the energy cultivated during class, and leave feeling grounded, centered, and refreshed.

Jeanine Kutil is a certified Qigong instructor, with a deep passion for sharing the healing wisdom of ancient practices including, but not limited to, Traditional Chinese Medicine. With deep expertise, an energetically grounded approach, and compassion for all seekers, she creates a welcoming space for all levels to explore movement, breath, and meditation as tools for restoring balance, cultivating their own unique energy, and healing from within. Jeanine is also a health coach, nutritional therapist and holistic chef!
