Men's Breathwork for Healing

Join us for a powerful session designed specifically for men who are ready to release stress, reconnect with themselves, and experience real healing. Breathwork is a simple but profound practice that helps move stuck energy, clear emotional blocks, and bring more focus, strength, and calm into your life.

This is not about talking. It’s not about fixing or analyzing. It’s about breathing—deeply, intentionally—and letting your body do what it was built to do: move energy, release stress, and restore balance.

Men’s Breathwork Group for Healing is a guided experience created for men who are ready to feel more grounded, focused, and alive. Whether you’re carrying stress, anger, grief, or just the daily weight of responsibility, this session is a chance to reset. Using a powerful breath pattern rooted in pranayama yoga, you’ll be led through an active meditation that clears the mind and unlocks stuck energy in the body.

Facilitated by Jack Burg—a trained breathwork practitioner, musician, writer, father, husband, and student of David Elliott—this work comes from lived experience.

“This is a practice that’s helped me move through my own pain and open my heart,” Jack says. “Where awareness goes, energy flows.”

No experience necessary. Just show up as you are. Leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

EARLY IS ON TIME!

Plan on being there for 2 hours.

Go in the door marked "Events", take a left. Evolve is on the left.

What to bring:

An open mind

Comfortable clothes (think loose fitting, non-restricting)

A yoga mat and a blanket

An eye mask or an eye pillow

Water

Optional:A journal (I often have moments of clarity after doing this meditation that deserve to be recorded and it's handy to have somewhere to record them)

Do not show up hungry or just having eaten a big meal. There is a sweet spot for this practice with regards to food/hunger and I find it's when you're neither starving nor full.

THIS IS A SOBER GROUP/EVENT! DO NOT SHOW UP ALTERED IN ANY WAY (DRUNK, HIGH, DRUNK & HIGH, ETC.)

Doors are closed at 6:30, if you are altered or under the influence you will be asked to leave.
