You’ll learn how to engage the pelvic floor intelligently, direct sensation through the spine, and build the capacity to hold more pleasure with presence and control. These practices support stamina, vitality, emotional regulation, and a more conscious relationship to desire.

This is not about performance or peak chasing. It’s about containment, circulation, and choice—so pleasure becomes nourishing rather than compulsive.

Olivia Pool, M.A. is a Spiritual Psychology Coach with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and conscious businesses evolve from the inside out.
