Uncover the hidden family patterns quietly running your life. A experiential workshop revealing what’s been inherited—and how change begins.
Family Constellation Therapy is a gentle, intuitive, experiential approach that reveals how unseen family dynamics and inherited patterns may still be shaping our relationships, work, and sense of belonging today. In this workshop, participants are invited into a confidential group process that creates a living map of these dynamics, offering insight, perspective, and moments of deep recognition. While not a quick fix, constellations can open space for greater understanding and movement, supporting meaningful change over time.
Family Constellations are an intuitive therapeutic modality.
Group members represent relatives, and aspects, of each others' family systems, to explore the ancestral and systemic dynamics that unknowingly effect our lives. It creates a living map that brings to light outdated patterns, unfinished business, and hidden dynamics. In essence, they show us where love has been blocked from flowing freely, so that we may restore that flow.
All are welcome, regardless of experience. In a confidential and non-judgmental space, we will begin with a guided meditation to tune us in and an opening circle to get everyone's voice and heart in the room. We will hold 2 or 3 constellations, time permitting. All attendees get something out of being present. Whether participating as an issue holder or as a representative, people find strong resonance with what is revealed, giving them a chance to look at their own unconscious processes.
It is my absolute experience that everybody that partakes in a constellation receives what they need. It is always the right group at the right time.
Constellations are not a panacea. There are no quick fixes in life. This is one step in a journey you have embarked on to make your life a more joyful experience. It requires a desire to see the truth of your circumstances and the courage to make changes for the better. It can be powerful in its effects and requires all who take part to take full responsibility for their emotional well-being.

Issues that constellations help with:
• Repeated negative patterns in relationships, work and health
• Feeling like an outsider
• Lack of direction and inability to get your act together
• Feeling cursed with 'something' that prevents you from feeling in flow with life
• A feeling that you are not living your best life
• Chronic health conditions
* My workshops are charged at a flat rate to all attendees. Some constellators charge more for people to pre-book an issue holder slot. I prefer the traditional method of feeling into the moment to determine who is ready to work.
