Doorway to the Unconscious: Dream Sharing Circle

“The dream is the small hidden door in the deepest and most intimate sanctum of the soul.” – Carl Jung

Step into that hidden door with us at our Dream Sharing Circle, where we gather in community to honor the mysterious language of the unconscious. Dreams are more than fleeting images—they are guides, healers, and mirrors that reveal parts of ourselves we may not see in waking life. By exploring them together, we learn to listen more deeply, connect more fully, and discover new dimensions of our own truth.

You don’t need to bring a dream to participate; attentive listening is just as transformative. One dream will be selected for group exploration, approached with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Please bring a notebook, a pen, and most of all, an open heart.

Facilitator Bio:

Helen the Spirit Walker is a guide of inner landscapes through meditation, Qigong, and the dreaming realms. With over two decades of experience as a librarian, she blends grounded wisdom with spiritual depth, helping others uncover the symbolic messages of the subconscious and the treasures hidden in the unseen.

What to bring:

A closed-lid bottle of water, a journal and pen in case you want to jot anything down. We will be sitting on a cushy rug on the floor and there are cushions available, although you may choose to bring your own if you have a favorite meditation cushion. We also have chairs availble if you'd prefer a chair.
