Breathwork + Rose Plant Medicine Journey w/ Stephanie Burg

Of the many ways to shift consciousness, nature has provided us with two of the most potent: our breath and healing plants. Join us for a gentle, heart-opening evening with the Rose in community for a unique experience that combines both.

Rose is one of the most ancient and revered plant allies known to humans. Across spiritual traditions, religions, myths, lore, and even tarot, the Rose has held a special place of honor.

Rose is potent medicine for modern times, showing us how to hold both strength and softness, beauty and resilience, and how to create healthy boundaries in service of self-love.

Together, we'll gather for a tea ceremony and meditation, working with Rose and move into a shamanic Breathwork Journey to open up to higher states of consciousness and deepen our somatic intelligence.

This is a unique and beautiful opportunity to combine the healing power of plant spirit communication and transformative Breathwork that you won't want to miss.

Our evening together is designed to help you connect deeply with the medicine of Rose, expand your awareness, and share in soulful community.

Together, we will:

  • Gather for a tea ceremony and plant spirit meditation with Rose

  • Explore Rose’s healing properties through embodied experience

  • Learn how to work with Rose to support your intentions, vitality, and heart-centered healing

Organic Rose tea will be provided.

Details & What to Bring:

  • Wear comfortable clothing

  • Bring your favorite mug and a yoga mat or meditation cushion (we will sit on the floor)

  • Journal & Pen

  • An open heart and mind

About Breathwork: Breathwork is a powerful tool for health and well-being. This practice uses a rhythmic breathing pattern to reduce stress, release stuck energy, and support emotional and spiritual growth. Through Breathwork, we access the body’s wisdom, transform heavy emotions into open-hearted courage, and connect more fully with ourselves and our intuition.

Please Note: Breathwork is powerful and life-changing. If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, or have had recent surgery, please consult your physician. Breathwork is not recommended if you have severe asthma, untreated PTSD/trauma, or a diagnosed aneurysm.

"It was a beautiful experience that further solidified the path I am on… Stephanie’s ability to hold space for each person is a gift." – Amy L.

"Stephanie has a beautiful ability to hold tremendous space for deep healing, which transforms the entire process." – Jean Atman

“Studies are revealing that, by changing the patterns of breathing, it is possible to restore balance to the stress response systems, calm an agitated mind, relieve symptoms of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), improve physical health and endurance, elevate performance, and enhance relationships.”
